With the MySQL database you can store various information that can then be easily accessed. The database itself can not be read easily by humans. MySQL databases are widely used in various web applications such as discussion forums, content management system (CMS, content management system), and others. To be able to use the database, you need to make it first. Only MySQL user (different from the users email and other users) that have certain access rights to these databases and can be read or add data to the database.
There are two ways in making a MySQL database. The easiest way is to follow the guidance Making MySQL Database (MySQL Database wizzard) which is in cPanel ®. The second way requires manually tahapn more and do not need the guidance.
Creating a Database with the Guide
Tahapn

2. Click the Next Step.

7. When the page appears, you will be confronted with two-column table. At the top there is the option "ALL PRIVILEGES" with a box to tick if you want to give all permissions on that user, you also can choose the specific permissions that are on the table underneath. Options existing access rights are:
o SELECT - Allows user to select data from tables in the database.
o INSERT - Allows the user to enter data into tables in the database.
o UPDATE - Allows user to change the data in the database.
o DELETE - Allows user to delete data in the database.
o INDEX - Allows the user to index the data in the database. This can speed up database access.
o CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES - Allows users to create temporary tables in the database.
o CREATE - Allows users to create tables in the database.
o ALTER - Allows user to change the tables in the database.
o DROP - Allows user to delete a table in the database.
o LOCK TABLES - Allows user to lock the table in the database.

NOTE: Normally you only need to check the option "All Privileges", except if you want to give some special access to one user on this database.
8. Assuming you already gave the check to the option "All privileges" or some access rights option in the table below, continue the tutorial by clicking on Next Step button.
